By using EasyHowz, you agree to these rules. They are designed to ensure a fair, safe, and transparent rental experience for everyone.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing the EasyHowz mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
For Renters
- • You must provide accurate rental requirements.
- • Inspection bookings must be honored or cancelled 24h in advance.
- • Harassment of agents via live chat is strictly prohibited.
- • Chat is strictly for scheduling and managing inspections. Off-platform business or unrelated solicitations are prohibited.
For Agents/Landlords
- • Only post verified and available properties.
- • inspection fee must not be more than N3000 per listing.
- • Misleading pricing or "bait-and-switch" leads to instant ban.
- • You must respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.
- • Chat is strictly for scheduling and managing inspections. Off-platform business or unrelated solicitations are prohibited.

EasyHowz is a marketplace platform connecting users. While we verify agents, we do not own the properties listed on the platform.
EasyHowz shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from property disputes, landlord-tenant disagreements, or transactions made outside the platform’s verified channels.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, or receive repeated verified complaints from other users.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration.
